Making A Purchase Shopping with webury.com could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and AMEX. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via Freephone 0800 083 6418, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to advise online as to whether an item is in stock.

Delivery Schedule We offer two delivery methods, please note that the estimated delivery times are providing that the product is in stock. We endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours but please allow 28 days for delivery.

> UK Standard Delivery £3.95

UK standard deliveries are typically charged at £3.95 however in special circumstances delivery may be less. All standard deliveries are sent using Royal Mail or Interlink Express and take between 2-3 days from the day of despatch.

Most standard deliveries will require a signature. If there is no one at the address the carriers will attempt delivery to a neighbour and obtain a signature - a card will be left at your address stating where the parcel has been left. If it is not possible to do this the parcel will be returned to your local branch for collection by you. A second delivery attempt is available upon your contacting the carrier within 5 working days of receiving the card and arranging this, after this the parcel will be returned to webury.com.




> UK Next Day Delivery £7.50

We cannot guarantee next day delivery however we will endeavour to reach this target and rarely experience any difficulties. We use two methods of shipment for next day delivery depending on the item. The first is Royal Mail Special Delivery, which should be delivered before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Some items are available for a guaranteed Saturday delivery for an additional £2 however; this is subject to weight limitations, please Freephone 0800 0836418 for details.

The second method is Interlink Express (or Royal Mail Special Delivery) and delivery will take place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
1. Orders must reach our office by 12pm the preceding day. Orders received after 12pm may still be eligible for next day delivery although this is not always possible.
2. Orders received after 12pm on Thursday will not be received until the following Monday. However, a Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
3. We endeavour to stock all products, however at busy times of the year and occasionally due to suppliers, there may be times when we are out of stock of a product and we shall advise you accordingly.
4. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult over 18 years of age. If there is no one at the address the carriers will attempt delivery to a neighbour and obtain a signature - a card will be left at your address stating where the parcel has been left. > UK Saturday Delivery

This service is available on orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm for delivery on the following Saturday

> International Delivery

International shipping costs which are quoted below are given as an estimate - in the majority of cases the price illustrated is correct. However, due to some destinations and the weight of some goods, this may vary - in this instance we will contact you with a quote prior to dispatch.

We regret that as from August 2006 we are no longer able to despatch to the USA or Canada; we are still able to despatch to most other international destinations.

International orders can be received online. The prices quoted on our website include VAT at 20%. If the order is being despatched to a non-E.C. country then the VAT can be deducted, the shopping basket will automatically calculate the total according to the destination.

To obtain the international shipping costs in the checkout simply select the appropriate destination and the costs will be calculated according to the value of your goods.

> Delivery to a Different Address

When you come to purchase an item, an option is given to have the goods delivered to a different address to that of the cardholder. This can be used to deliver goods to work or friends etc.

Returns Policy We hope that any product that is purchased through webury.com will meet all of your expectations. However, in the event that a product is unsuitable then we offer a refund or an exchange service.

> Returning an Item

We do ask that all products are returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a saleable condition - labels attached and in the original packaging. Please fill in the returns form (alternatively click here to print a form) and enclose it with your parcel. Webury.com does not offer a free returns service. Items to be exchanged will be subject to an additional postage charge. We regret that we cannot be responsible for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in transit, therefore please return the goods using a method which records delivery. Depending on the weight of the package Royal Mail Special Delivery is often the best method as this gives insurance and proof of posting. However, if your parcel is heavy this can be expensive and the Royal Mail Standard Parcel service offers a similar service however it takes slightly longer.




> Christmas Returns

We appreciate that gifts are purchased a long time in advance of Christmas and because of this we offer an extended Christmas returns period.

The extended Christmas returns is applicable on all orders placed between 16th October 2006 and 22nd December 2007. We have extended our returns policy; all returned goods must be received by January 15th 2008



> Returning for a Refund

For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. If you wish to have a refund for your item, we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418. Please note that we can only credit the purchasers account.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the refund.




> Returning for an Exchange

For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. A repeat postage charge is applicable to all exchanges; please either enclose a cheque for postage costs £3.95 standard delivery or £7.50 for next day delivery or we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the exchange
