Returning for an Exchange
For security reasons we do not keep payment details once an order has been processed and despatched. A repeat postage charge is applicable to all exchanges; please either enclose a cheque for postage costs £3.95 standard delivery or £7.50 for next day delivery or we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we shall then proceed with the exchange
Returning for a Refund

If you wish to have a refund for your item, we will need to contact you to gain card details, however if it is more convenient then please contact us on freephone 0800 0836418. Please note that we can only credit the purchasers account.

Christmas Returns Policy
We appreciate that gifts are purchased a long time in advance of Christmas and because of this we offer an extended Christmas returns period.

The extended Christmas returns is applicable on all orders placed between 1st November 2011 and 23rd December 2011. We have extended our returns policy; all returned goods must be received by January 16th 2012

All returns must be in their original condition with the labels attached and in the original packaging. Goods which are not returned in a saleable condition may be refused a refund or exchange or may incur a handling/cleaning fee.
